"The rooms were very clean, exactly like in the pictures. Items like dental kit, water, loofa, snacks are complementary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good stay for a good price. Just, mind that it says that shuttle from the airport is available and it’s not… I tried messaging and got no answer so, called and asked about it and they said that they didn’t provide that service. "On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. "From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. As soon as I went inside the room, it was dirty, sheets not changed and very bad smell in the room. Poor guard helped me to change the sheets even though it’s not his job.
