Service was exceptional
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mayank Residency and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts a prime location with breathtaking views, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional management. The staff, under the guidance of the management team, was incredibly accommodating and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. They were quick to address any concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The management's dedication to maintaining high standards was evident throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate, well-appointed, and offered every amenity I needed. The attention to detail in the hotel's upkeep was remarkable. Furthermore, the management's commitment to guest satisfaction was outstanding. They were proactive in seeking feedback and promptly acted upon it, showing a genuine desire to continually improve the guest experience. Overall, my experience at Hotel Mayank was outstanding, thanks in no small part to the remarkable management. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a Budget stay with exceptional service.

Great pre flight stay
Hotel lobby is bright and breakfast was excellent. Hotel room was clean and quiet Check in extremely pleasant and helpful. My overall experience was superb, and I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It was terrible, cleanliness was terrible cockroaches were all over. Even in the bed and under the pillows cockroaches were crawling. Bathroom was equally dirty no toilet paper overall it’s not a place for stay.

GOOD STAY
one of the best hotels I have stayed at till date and that too at a reasonable price (got good discount). we were 3 women on a trip. the room was very spacious and clean, neatly organized and had everything for a comfortable stay - ac, comfy bed, table, chair, TV, dustbins, wardrobe, hangers. the bathroom was also spacious and clean. the staff was very co operative and we got good service. the location is also good as it is close to the airport and metro station. we had a great stay. thank you! the staff was friendly, respectful and co-operative. at one call, room service was instantly available.

Selected the hotel to spend the layover time I had between flights (~10 hours). Negatives: dirty room, stained bed cover, soiled pillow, staff did not change them after the previous guest. No towel (had to ask for it), noisy environment Positives: low priced (still not worth to stay) one way shuttle service to airport (included in price)

Everything was a nightmare. - Flush not working. - TV not working. - No toiletries. - Unclean, unwashed sheet/towel. It is not a hotel/lodge. It is just a 4 story building converted into hotel to rip people off. Took $300 for a ride to hotel and gave a torn apart EECO car for my family. The AC was not working in the ride.

Upon arrival I was told I need to wait although the booking said early check-in would be available, which was confirmed via direct messaging before arrival. The toilet flush didn’t fill up on its own. Had to fill it up manually after each use. Noise from the street is loud. No elevator, and the stair steps are high, so tread carefully while going up/down with luggage. Saw cockroaches in the bathroom and then again in the bedroom next day. All this was bearable only because I was there for just 1 night.

Hotel room was quite big but not well maintained...only one tube light in the room. Not even night lamp. same was the condition of bathroom.

Quite OK for a overnight stay
It was quite OK for a night.Can't say if it would be good for a longer stay. However, it is pretty close to the airport and they give a good airport drop service. The staffs are friendly.

One stop hotel near airport
the hotel staff is amazing if you need something boom in minutes you have it although their facilities standars are very low it seems like their are improven it. A plus this hotel is within 6 minutes to the airport and if you are in a budget this is the right place for you.

It was okish to for a night
it was ok for the price we paid. One can't expect luxury. Basic facilities such as aircondioning, hot water was working. Bed was comfortable. Hotel managment need to pay attention to cleaningness. One towel didn't feel clean.
