Hotel Description is false. NO pool. NO breakfast. NOT in Aerocity. NOT NICE lobby or rooms. Had to change hotels after arriving at midnight. Request refund!

Fake address and fake photos.

1. Hotel Address is wrong in hotels.com ss well in google map. They are just trying to get bookings by using this fake address, it is not an aerocity. This is a major scam 2. This hotel is not what you are expecting after referring pics from hotels.com. This is cheap and very very low quality hotel. 3. Rooms again are scam. The difference between hotel.com vs real room is something you can not expect. 4. After this trip , i won’t be able to trust hotels.com. 5. Since room itself was totally different and services were pathetic. Example:They switch off the ac from back end in the middle of stay. No bathing towels. Bedsheets were dirty with lot of stains. Furniture were old and broken. In Short it is worth of booking

Wrong locations given in Expedia and google maps. Misleading address. Poor location. No breakfast facility.

False listing and advertisement

This place is false advertisement. Grand Villa is not located in Aerocity. Not able to find the location on Uber or Ola so I got dropped about 3 mins walk as per their google location. Security guards do not know where the hotel is. And when I called Grand Villa, they told me it is 1km away from Aerocity and shared a live location. I asked for an exact location for Uber and Ola needs, they ask to put a landmark that is 20m away from them. In the end I booked a different hotel and forfeited my non-refundable payment.
