Avoid Hamilton Hotel even if they pay you

There were holes in the ceiling, and mice came into my room, biting through my backpack. There was no hot water. There was no bathtub or shower, just a bucket. There was no soap, towel, bathroom tissue. There was no balcony that was advertised. The pickup promised to be arranged as "very reasonable" cost 10 times more that uber I used to return. The was no free taxi service to nearby attraction that are advertised.

Did not look remotely like the photos online, run down and tired. Hot water an issue until they turn it in from downstairs, better communication would be great. On arrival they were convinced we still needed to pay and only after spending time finding the bank receipt did they agree and check their own records. They did their best, staff were friendly and helpful.

Reception was terrible as she doesn't give impression to take care of her customer. Which us a pity as lication is perfect for visiting South of Delhi and staff is very nice
