It was slightly below the bare minimum for one night in Delhi. The neighbourhood is very dirty, and the window wasn’t sealed properly, so it was very dusty first thing in the morning. The hot water didn’t work properly, although it was still warm enough to use. The towels smelled dusty. The floor and the room overall were clean. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up two floors, but it wasn’t too bad since I was traveling with only hand luggage. The staff was very polite.

Hair everywhere on the bed, broken floor tiles, parts of the toilet wall was left un plastered with cement. Random flex pipes coming out the wall. I left after a sleepless night. Stick to Dwarka side if you don't want shady hotels.

It's a room. Does nothing more or less. Pictures are definitely misleading. It showed an 18 minute walk on Google maps from the airport?! Definitely not. No toilet paper and towels were stained.

We weren't able to check in as the hotel couldn't be found/located. The Uber driver couldn't find it and in talking with several locals that were familiar with the area, they said there was not a hotel by that name in the area it claimed to be in. The location on the confirmation showed the hotel location but google maps didn't show any hotel there. Guessing it was a "spam" hotel. Also, I couldn't find a contact number for the hotel on the reservation to call for directions. I also looked for the hotel phone number through google/siri. Nothing. We never did find the hotel so I reported it to my credit card and I am in the process of disputing the charges.

The room wasn't clean, staff were nice, but not attentive. I went to the cafeteria to have diner, after 10 minutes waiting, I had to go ask if the cafeteria was open.

First off, We had trouble finding the hotel because the address does not exist and there was no contact phone number. Turns out it’s the D’Capitol hotel. When we arrived in our room it had an old musty smell. There was a red heart shaped mat at the end of the bed that was extremely dirty, i didn’t even want to step on it with my shoes. The bed sheets were were dirty, the pillow cases stained and dirty. The wall paper on the walls was rolling up. The toilet seat was barely screwed on and the body wash dispenser fell off the wall when we tried to use it. The towels looked like rags and had another hotels name on them. I think the only good thing was there was hot water. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.
