Bra service men mycket oljud

Det gick tämligen fort att komma till hotellet från flyplatsen efter språkförbistring. Jättefin hjälp med bagaget. In och utcheckning bra. Svårt att sova mycket oljud ifrån korridoren speciell från skrkande personal. Mycket slamm i dörrarna

The Hotel Class.....don't stay there!!!

No towels, no kettle, only one cup and saucer, no tea coffee sugar milk etc, dirty floor, smoking room when executive non-smoking was paid for. No restaurant. DON'T STAY THERE!!!!!

No hot water in the morning, NO kettle in room

I stayed overnight at this hotel, Average hotel, NO lift, so if you are having luggage, then it is a problem going up. I had provisions for a kettle with tea bags and sugar but NO KETTLE. I had to leave the hotel at 5am for an early morning flight. NO hot water came at that time, so had to leave without a shower, NO kettle in the room, therefore had to leave without a hot beverage! Close to the airport, Taxi arranged by front desk very fast. REasonable price

Miss this one!

There is nothing really about this hotel that is appealing. I booked a club class room and was given a standard one which had not had the bed linen changed. I was eventually moved to a club class room where the toilet had not been cleaned and the shower gel and shampoo were empty. The room service meal order was incorrect and on departure the bill was incorrect - overpriced of course. All in all not a pleasant experience!

Perfect for what I needed

I am a woman who was traveling alone and arrived at the hotel around 10pm. I was greeted by the owner of the hotel who immediately made me feel safe and that I had made the right choice. I asked for dinner and had the choice to order in or walk 1/2 a block to a restaurant. I chose to go to the restaurant and was accompanied by the hotel security to and from the restaurant. The room was all I needed and was very comfortable. Though there was no elevator, the porters were quick to assist me with my baggage. I had a prompt wake up call and my taxi was waiting for me as requested by the time I got down stairs. I was not over charged for this service either. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that needs to be near the airport.

Good value, Good room, but...

I haven't stayed in a hotel prior to this one in Delhi so I don't know the competition. It's hard to rate this hotel poorly but I can't quite give it high marks. The staff was helpful yelling at a taxi driver that tried to rip me off and set me up with a taxi in the morning without me having to ask. The room quality was very nice in the bedroom. The bathroom in the room was not quite as nice. The shower head did not work well and there wasn't any hot water. However the cold water was around 30C degrees so it wasn't that bad. The room was behind the front desk on the first floor so the talking of the hotel staff was audible all night, including the sometimes loud music they played. However, after a long trip from the US it wasn't hard to sleep through it. I am sure a room on the second floor would have been better. It's about 10 mins from the airport depending on traffic. Overall they have a lot of potential and most of the problems were fixable. I would recommend this hotel but only for those that are a little more flexible for the amenities when the price is right.
