I always look forward to staying at the Pullman and being looked after by the attentive staff! From the concierge group to the wait staff in the dining room, they are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are soundproof so that when you feel jet lagged you can sleep soundly. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary in its scope with so much variety. Don’t hesitate!
The fact that i wasnt alowd to take my Bose speaker into my room to listen to my music. I would not book this hotel again. They should have that on there website that you are not allowed to bring the speaker to the room. also thay want you to pay for room service everytime you ordered anything cannot charge it to the room.

Was an average experience nothing great about the hotel or the room.
Great well appointed properties with modern amenities. They employe hearing impaired staff as well, who was outstanding and courteous and helpful. That gives this property 7 stars in my opinion
We just got a room there waiting for our flight that left early in the morning 3:40am. Thy gave us 2 free drink vouchers for taking a few minuets longer than it was suppose to be, It only to 3-7 minuets to check in .Very nice hotel defiantly would stay there again.
I chose this hotel out of all the ones in Aerocity because it was the only one offering a bathtub in each room.
The Pullman Spa was a fantastic find. The Spa Signature massage was the best one I have had with an unique deep tissue and stretching technique.
The breakfast buffet was also wonderful with a variety of both International and Indian dishes on offer.
The whole staff goes out of their way to answer your questions and any issues are resolved quickly.
This is my hotel of choice now whenever I have a stopover in New Delhi.

Bath robe had a big mark and was dirty. At reception, guy even didn’t bother to tell where are we the elevators for room. He was in a rush despite there were no one else who was waiting to be checked in. For breakfast, we asked for high (baby) chair, which was available but they didn’t provide.
