"Have travelled a lot. This experience was one of the best! Excellent attention to detail, cleanliness and sanitation. Staff went out of their way to help … outstanding hospitality. They have restaurants run by Michelin star chefs - really enjoyed the food. First time at an Oberoi hotel but made me a fan! Will definitely be staying at the Oberoi every time I visit a city that has one!!"

Er hat auf uns gewartet als wir mitten in der Nacht vom Flughafen ankamen, hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet, uns Tipps gegeben, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und bei Problemen sofort geholfen. Auch haben uns seine Mitarbeiter ein ‚normales‘ Frühstück gemacht, da uns das indische zu scharf war ;) Alles top, danke nochmals - fünf Sterne!!! "

It is like a marble palace filled with beautfully framed colonial-era prints and other paintings as well as beautiful sculptures and other exquisite objects. The furniture in the public portions of the hotel are equally sumptous. The swimming pool gets an 11 out of 10! The service is over the top although I did feel on a few occasions that a tip was being sought when there may not have been merit for...

"This property did not allow me to stay since I does not have Indian Passport. They not even know what is OCI card. I just checked next door hotel and they gladly accepted me as their guest. "They didn't have my room, i was transferred to the hotel close to m called batra Holliday home which was worst than them. dirty, AC was was not working all the time and management was terrible, the area it self for both hotels were were terrible and smelly not recommending these tow hotels at all, such a waste of this much money in that area with these hotel managments."
