Chocolate on the desk next to the bed, cabinet to enclose the mini fridge and snacks, bottled water, ice already in the ice bucket, slippers by the bed and a personal message on the tv when I walked in. It was elegance through and through. The staff were amazing and it was only a two minute walk from the O.R. Tambo Airport. "One O Eight was the perfect stay. The room and property was spotless (the bath in the room was such a night treat), and the staff were all incredibly lovely. I opted for a hotel pickup from the airport as a solo female traveller and it was fairly priced and not much more than an Uber & I really enjoyed chatting with the lovely driver that collected me. The walk up was unappealing and needs to be walked off from the utilitarian rooms. But, I had a pleasant stay overall."
