"The hotel is very dated in need of a renovation, the shower tiles need to be deep cleaned there was quite some build up from a lack of cleaning. The customer service for the check in was smooth and welcoming, I never stopped by the desk to check. I had only two staff members greet me during my entire stay one was a grounds keeper & 1 was a room attendant I feel like there is room for improvement it’s free to say hello and good morning quite disappointed in the customer service. "

"Property is centrally located more than adequate parking. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to their private cabana pool/beach. The cabana has a wonderful shower area along with delicious lunch menu morning breakfast continental was more than adequate and added plus was the bar in lobby?"
