"Fick ett samtal från boendet samma dag som incheckningen med fråga om jag hade fått all information kring koder etc, jättebra! Rummet var superfint och allt gick smidigt. Kunde däremot inte se någon mer information om vem man kunden kontakta om man hade några frågor men det gjorde ingenting. Boendet ligger nära stan så vi kunde gå nästa överallt och det fanns superbra förbindelser med kollektivtrafik också. Bara 10 minuter till centralstationen. Fint kök och bra med utrymme. "

"Ein Hotel, das man buchen muss! Wir hatten ein Premium-Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Was wir bekamen, haute uns schier vom Hocker: Ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer in der 23. Etage des Turm 3 mit Blick auf das Ullevi-Stadion und kilometerweit von Norden bis Westen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es gab eine gutgefüllte Minibar, einen Heisswasserkocher und diverse Portionen von Kaffee, Tee. Zusätzlich fanden wir einen Eiswürfelbehälter vor, der in der 20. Etage vor den Aufzügen befüllt werden konnte....

"The hotel staff are very friendly but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room I slept in. Was disappointed as it looked very shabby and cheap which I didn’t expect. I have been in better hotels before with the same status. My room was not once cleaned whilst I was there which was odd. "Everything was perfect, one of the best and most clean hostels I have stayed in. The staff was very kind and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, the rooms/bathrooms/showers/kitchen were super clean and tidy.
