A cheaper option than in the city centre but tram service is great. The food here was excellent. In particular BBQ nights. A perfect base for Gothia tournament

Easy to park the car. Fast checkin and polite staff. Nice concept with breakfast and dinner unfortunately i couldn't stay for dinner all the evenings. The rooms have what you need and yhe beds are comfy enough . Easy access to the meteo to get to the centrum in 15min. I did miss having a fridge in the room and due to being an older building the ventilation is not the best especially in the bathroom. The property has good facilities otherwise, big restaurant, gym, sauna and a pool table. But the buildings need tom TLC. Attending to the smaller details would have made wonder for the hotel.

Het hotel lag een beetje buiten de drukte van Gotenburg wat erg prettig was. Goed bereikbaar met auto maar ook met openbaar vervoer. Goede en leuke voorzieningen zoaps zwembad en sauna. We zaten er 3 dagen en het ontbijt was erg goed. Het avondbuffet was gisteren prima maar de dag ervoor( zondag) was het erg matig doordat sommige gerechten niet goed waren bereid, kip was koud en de broccoli overkookt zodat hij zacht was. We kregen gisteren bolognese met spaghetti en dat smaakte prima

Toen we aan kwamen lopen dachten we wat een oude bende maar eenmaal binnen viel het mee. Hotel heeft leuke fasciliteiten zoals sauna, zwembad, biljart , tafeltennis enz. Prima ontbijtbuffet met veel keus. Minpuntje is het dinerbuffet. Ik ben zelf kok en als ik dit mijn gasten aanbied houd ik geen gasten meer over. Gisteren koude kip, plakkerige rijst en overgare broccoli( wat knapperig zou moeyen zijn. Gelukkig biedt men ook nog brood en en fruit dus gelukkig nog wat binnengekregen

Trevligt hotell som ligger lite "off". Helt okej rum. Frukosten helt okej och även middag ingår. Det finns pool och gym, biljardbord och pingisbord att använda gratis. Mycket prisvärt och trevligt, men inget "tjusigt".

Fruktansvärd stank i badrummet

Det var en fruktansvärd stank i badrummet på vårt hotellrum. Stark stank av avlopp så det knappt gick att vara i badrummet. Vi sa till direkt efter incheckningen och personalen sa att de skulle lösa det. Vi åkte iväg och kom tillbaka sent på natten, då var stanken minst lika illa. Vi gick ändå och la oss och sa till vid utcheckningen. Det enda personalen gjorde var att beklaga. Vi kommer inte att bo där fler gånger.

Kommer aldrig hit igen

De kunde inte sluta knacka även då vi hade stör ej skylt på dörren. Sängen såg ren ut men under UV lampa så var den helt smutsig och det kliade medans man låg där. Hotellet ska vara en plats att slappna av och ta det lugnt vid poolen men det var bara massa barn som sprang runt, kastade mat i poolen och lekte i poolen på sidan medan man var i poolen och simmade. Sofforna vid poolen var smutsiga och poolen var kall när man egentligen förväntar sig att den ska vara uppvärmd. Internet var dåligt och det var otydligt hur man skulle koppla. Kanalerna på tvn funkade ej bara 3 st men det var inget intressant att kolla på. Det finns ingen lampa i mitten av rummet utan bara vid fönstret och hallen så man kunde inte sätt på lampan för att byta om eller sitta vid skrivbordet. Lampan vid skrivbordet funkar inte även efter vi tog ut den ur kontakten och la in den igen.

Hotellet var överlag OK. Vi fick dock vårt rum en timme försenat, ca 1,5h. Maten under de två kvällar vi var där var inte av den bättre kvaliteten. Grillkvällens kött var helt oätlig. Personalen såg hemskt stressad ut. Som ren övernattning/ok men inget mer. Bra kommunikation med spårvagn till centrum

Bra men försenad incheckning

Apple är ett av mina favorithotell men denna gången blev det lite strul. Var där nu i lördags, men fick vänta 1/2 timme innan vi kunde checka in då rummen inte var klara. Pga högsäsong, och att en del checkat ut sent som de sa i receptionen. Annars var det bra som vanligt, god frukost med både varmt och kallt, att kvällsmaten ingår, poolen och gratis parkering. Att tänka på är att utcheckning är senast klockan 12.00 men kortet in till rummet slutar att fungera vid 11.00, i alla fall de vi hade. Det är nära till Kaggeledstorget där spårvagnen går in till Liseberg och stan. Trevlig städpersonal.

Flera gäster inklusive oss hade problem med att rummen inte var klara kl 15.00 vid incheckning. Konstig lukt i korridor samt i badrum. Sängen var dock mjuk och skön.
