"Our stay at the house was a good size for our family, however, the cleaning team did not show due to an accident so the property manager came to clean. The property was not ready for us to arrive so we waited outside for 30 to 45 minutes for her to clean. The bathroom floor was dirty, the dining room rug needed cleaning. "Love this property!! So clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as our base to motorcycle out of. Many beautiful places around. Montrose has many great places to eat. The groundskeeper, Joe, was great, as was Coal, the property watch cat. Night sky was endless with stars. Mornings, watch the herd of Elk in the fields below. We cannot wait to go back!!"

"Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets.
