"Overall a great stay! We stayed during the record blizzard a week ago. We were due to check out on Monday and after packing up our stuff and trying to head out for a snowmobile ride it was clear we weren’t going anywhere! A quick call to the front desk and I was met with nothing but friendly helpfulness!!! All guests were already assumed to be staying and not checking out. "The bathtub was very difficult to get into because of the height and no hand rail s. Very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful."

"Nice quiet location near the water, had tv connectivity issues upon arrival, office staff assisted to resolve problem, no ice available on premises, ladybugs in room, limited breakfast options"

"“Breakfast” was nothing much but the room was just what we needed for visiting family in Rapid River. Nice to have the option to bring our cat so she did not have to stay with the local family dogs. "

"The pool is still out of order which s disappointing since it’s a really nice pool. The staff should tell the people checking in that the pool is out of order and it should be made known when making reservations. The hot tub was great. Beds are comfy, it’s quiet for sleeping. Even though the location is on a busy road, it’s surprisingly quiet. Check in and out is quick and easy."
