"Clean, tidy, nice reception staff, but the room was cold. I tried to turn up the thermostat, but just got cold air. "

"I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. "Nice hotel, clean, beds really comfortable. Hotel information states EV charging available, however it is not as all chargers are disconnected while being upgraded. "

"Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer."

"No bar and restaurant which was advised after booking but before check in. Tv not working (despite looking brand new), phone in room not working, WiFi terrible but a lovely setting. Just felt a bit odd with no amenities. Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!"

"The common areas of the hotel is tired and not the best and the rooms dated. I had an issue with the heating that meant I had to go to the reception to "try and have fixed". They kept saying they had reset the system, however, it didn't work and as the phone in the room didn't dial through to the reception, it was freezing in the night. I would not stay there again."

Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. "
