"This property has a very accommodating host and it is exceptionally clean. Everyone working here is extremely helpful and kind. Dar Ben Gacem is beautiful, with rooftop views and amazing tile and architecture throughout. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the ambience. The breakfast has delicious food and an outstanding chef. If you need anything, they are always there to help. Another way they accommodate guest is by speaking English, Arabic and French. I highly recommend this...

"Très agréable séjour. Personnel courtois, notamment Emna, toujours disponible pour nous aider à réserver des taxis. Chambres et salle commune très propre. Idéalement situé, près de la Médina et de l'avenue Habib Bourguiba. Déjeuner fourni (3 variantes différentes) permettant de bien débuter la journée. Je recommande fortement."

"Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities "
