This property deserves 100 out of 10. Unfortunately one can only give max 5 stars. The attendants made my journey very comfortable and welcomed. Even though I arrived at the hotel very late due to bus delays, they patiently waited for me and let me in. On the next day they gave me practical tips to explore Pamukkale on my own (including the warning not to be ripped off). As soon as they heard that I was not well due to food-poisoning, they gave me a bottle of water for free and carried my luggage to the dolmus stop nearby so I could continue my travel easily. I really appreciate your hospitality and warmly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't recommend the small room

The room we stayed in was cheap but so small. No space for 2 peolpe. And very wet air. The clothes we gave to wash for 200 tl was returned wet to us.

First of all, I never write reviews. We walked in and could tell that nothing had been cleaned in it. Dirty sheets, dust everywhere. There was a plastic bag with a few sheets of toilet paper in the bathroom. The fixtures were coming out of the walls. I tried charging my phone and tripped a breaker, causing us to lose all power in the room. I didn’t dare use the pool. I’ve never seen such lack of care. Please please please stay away.

Çalışanlar çok iyi insanlar bunda hiçbir sorun yok, hatta her konuda yardımcı oldular. Maalesef odalar rutubet kokusundan geçilmiyordu. 1 gece kaldığımız için sorun etmedik ama birden fazla gün kalacaklar için sorun haline gelecektir. Biz gittiğimizde odalar temiz değildi. Bir önceki misafirin çorapları vs kalmış duruyordu. Odalar inanılmaz havasızdı.
