He even offered to drop off post cards for us because we had to rush to the airport the day we were leaving and didn’t have time to stop by the airport. "We stayed at Green Harbor Resort over Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy, so the outdoor pool was closed. The staff gave us access to their sister properties, Blue Water and Red Jacket Resorts. "Please please don’t stay here. The service right away was terrible at the front desk. I arrived was greeted rudely by the staff. I tried to keep it positive. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. Upon arrival, the front desk team was very kind in making recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and gave us a wonderful room with a view of the waterfront. Parking was easy, and the property was clean. Once in the room, it had all of the features expected, in room coffee, fridge, safe, plenty of shampoo, soap, etc. The TV had so many channels that it was challenging to keep track of all the options. "Fist time in Cape Cod and staying at this hotel was a good Choice. It was central to getting around. Staff was nice and hot breakfast every morning was great. Only drawback was the construction on the second floor and one of the elevators kept holding people hostage that it was finally taken out of commission- which left only one elevator. "Short review: 5/5 stars for a motel. Spacious, clean & well equipped rooms. Extra furniture in the room. Value addition, every room had a cute little patio looking over a landscaped cozy backyard with chairs, fireplace, BBQ grill & corn-hole. This is a unique touch. Also has a indoor pool & hot tub which we didn’t get a chance to use."
