For a property only 2 years old it needed better maintenance. Loose hand rails, bathroom was grubby, kitchen unit was falling apart. Sewer smell in room. Location on busy road - noisy day and night. Staff were very helpful and full of smiles. Pool at door was amazing.

It really is a great spot. the location / front entrance isnt ideal as it is on the highway and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians - its fine but you need to be alert. - you dont hear the traffic at all. Staff was wonderful, we did have issues with our ac unit spitting water all over our floor - the staff delt with it but it took away from the last few hours of enjoying the room. we had to also request towels for the pool - not a big deal, but nice if we didnt need to go to the lobby wet. the complementary foot massage was AMAZING after a long day of travel, and the complementary coffee and breakfast was something to write home about top shelf!! I would give this place a 5 star but the price vs needed maintenance and dropped my rating.

Everything was great! The staff, Ayu, Puti and Eva who gave me an amazing Thai and foot massage, the breakfast and accommodations. I can’t say enough. I was treated like royalty. There was a 15 minute free foot massage when I got there free any kind of coffee and juice up to 6 PM and my laundry was done for free with up to 10 kg. There was also a beach drop off only but you have to find your way back, but it’s really not that far .And right next-door there is a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant which is very reasonably priced. Big thank you to the staff of Abiani. Highly recommended

So happy to stay here, I'll be back next time. I was in the suite which has semi outdoor kitchen and bathroom, also pool access. The one hour massage was great with reasonable price. The hotel needs to maintain the plants little better.

Absolute 10 out of 10 experience. As a first-time solo traveler to Bali, this hotel was everything I could have asked for. It’s super cute, beautiful, and very clean. The location is incredibly convenient—I booked a few tours with hotel pickup and it made exploring so easy. The breakfast was bomb, and the gorgeous pool was the cherry on top. A special shoutout to Navi for the amazing massage! Thank you, Navi. Highly, highly recommend staying here.

De is geweldig er is een paraplu en badjas zelfs een grote koelkast met vriesvakje, en het ontbijt is met veel liefde gemaakt , ook krijg je een gratis voetmassage, van een 30 min en er is een Vietnamees restaurant naast het hotel, om te eten want eten bestellen kan niet in het hotel in de avond, het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.m, ook hadden wij de massage ge

There is nothing we did not like. Stayed for 10 days and time flew by. My daughter and I were welcomed with open arms being our first time.in Bali. We were accomodated in every way you can imagine from taxi rides to food serving in the room. Amazing staff everyone knows you by your name, always a smile and no question too dificult. For our first time.to Bali we are blessed coming to Abian Klumpu Vila & Spa in Sanur. Thanks team!

Lovely stay in Bali

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel, the villa’s are lovely and spacious with access to the pool from your balcony. We stayed for 10 days as were unable at short notice, to stay at a friend’s villa. It was perfect for us. Lazy mornings and sitting in the pool getting some sun. It’s also ideal if you’re staying a couple of days. There’s a large fridge freezer, tv, and coffee making facilities. If you contact the reception they will provide room service and it was so lovely to have breakfast in bed, something I never do at home. The hotel is on the outskirts of Sanur and by the bypass so it’s easy to get to other areas. The one thing I’d say is make sure your taxi driver knows the hotel is on the bypass as there is a sister hotel actually in the middle of Sanur, we were taken there once by a lovely taxi driver and we didn’t realise there’s another hotel. As it’s a fairly new hotel the taxi drivers don’t really know it so make sure they’ve got satnav to guide them, we had a hilarious trip on the first night as the taxi driver didn’t have any minutes or data on his phone. There’s a free taxi shuttle numerous times a day to take you into Sanur or the beach as well. I guess the only thing left to say about his hotel is that the hotel staff provided excellent service, nothing was too much trouble and I mean nothing. They were attentive, friendly and we had some lovely conversations with them all. Honestly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
