Not as quiet as it might be ..

ONly stayed two nights, but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.. The room wasn't flash but was clean and comfortable. The bass from music playing loudly at the bar immediately across the road was off-putting and I was glad to be in a room far from the street - in a room close to the street it would have been a real issue.

Cette petite Hostel est très bien située pour. Les resto. Marche nord de la plage et spectacle. Les gens sont très gentils et très serviables, ils répondent très rapidement aux besoins des gens.propre . Le confort et la salle de bain c est très moyen mais propre.

Property was fine for low budget travellers. Taps needed cleaning...lime or mold was on all taps. Shared kitchen...kettle was not as clean as it could be...thick deposit of lime inside...hot water lasted only 5 minutes when showering.

Chambre non conforme aux photos, nous le signalons à la réception et il nous dit qu’il ne lui reste que ça comme chambre. On demande à parler au manager il dit qu’il n’y a que lui. Aucunes excuses rien.. Peut-être les autres chambres ressemblent aux photos mais pas la notre! Collée à la réception, pas de terrasse, une fenêtre donnant sur la réception donc devant être fermée avec les rideaux et une sorte de fenêtre opaque donnant sur le bureau donc lumière en continue… Salle de bain très vétuste avec douche avant les toilettes donc tout est mouillé si on se douche

The entire complex is very peaceful and tranquil. The room, whilst sparse is adequate. The location is great… There is a great cafe, restaurant less than 50m, plus a Circle K convenience store with ATM, and a pharmacy and bottle shop within a minute’s walk.

The Blanjong was excellent for what I paid for the room. The place was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating to my late arrival. The place is a bit noisy due to it's location, but this is of no fault to the establishment. I would stay here next time I visit Bali.

Nice place with yet to improved sound insulation

The garden is nice and staff are friendly however can only handle basic English and may not be able to provide assistance on basic travel info. Arrived in the evening, I asked the staff if any place for nice restaurant and money exchange, she is not certain about the opening hour of the money exchange and she thought it was closed already by 7pm and not sure for places for food. End up the money change shop closed at 10pm. Also when I first checked in the place, they had no record of my booking and took sometime to give me the wrong room and changed back to my booked room. The staff tried her best to assist however I found the washroom's interior design looked different from photos shown on Hotels.com, the sink is with rust stain and the toilet paper was used. The room is with poor insulation also. The washroom shared the same window with the homestay's room so you can clearly hear what they said when you were there. In the middle of the night you can clearly here the noise from other room of rocking bad and couple moaning...... and I had no sleep at all and went for diving the other day. It was a unlucky/ appalling experience for me to stay here but glad the management of the homestay allowed me to do refund for the rest of the days.

Nice little rooms not far from the beach sourrounded by huge expensive hotels. We payed 47€ for three nights. Would book this Homestay again.

Lighting in kitchen for cooking appauling and needs immediate addressing to avoid accidents. One extremely low voltage light in area is not good enough especially if at back of person cooking food!! Also struggling to see overall could lead to accidents when washing dishes as cannot see due to no light in area. One Fluro light on that wall near the cooking and washing area is required immediately to avoid litigation case and would light up the whole area and make it safe and workable. Poor lighting can damage peoples eye sight and owners need to take responsibility to ensure not just guests, but staff eyesight and overall well being is addressed for a happy working and client and worker safe, enjoyable and happy all around environment. Peoples good eyesights can be affected with poor lighting and damage sight, possible litigation case could arise. Less than hand full of english TV channels is not catering to the majority of international guests who are the main clients!!

Great for the price

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night after we landed in Denpasar. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport at 1am and were waiting on us when we arrived. The staff was very helpful, they recommended breakfast spots and markets for us to pick up a few things and they responded to emails quickly. The A/C cooled the room quickly, which is more than I can say for some very expensive places we stayed while in Bali. The bathroom was fine, plenty of hot water and clean towels. The bed was comfy, we only stayed 1 night and got about 6 hours of sleep but it was perfect for us. Not sure if anyone was in the room next to us but we did not hear any other guests while there.
