"This is definitely not a five star worthy resort. It is in need of a refresh as it looks old and tired. There is mold on the blinds and walls, the sofa sinks in places and some of the areas are just not cleaned to the same standard as a 5-star hotel (or even 4-star). To make matters worse, there was a sewage smell from one of the bathrooms, which just made us feel even more yucky. The location is also terrible. It's along this narrow winding ally. "The view is amazing. The pool looks amazing. The pool had broken light in the water and exposed wires ! It wasn’t switched on but looked dangerous. There was no hot water available in the bathroom during our stay. The outdoor shower area was very dirty and the sliding door did not slide at all. The slide fittings were rusted and needed to be repaired. The staff were friendly. The mosquito net was full of holes and had dirty stains all over it.
