This property offers excellent value for money and is very well located. The property is a little old and the rooms are comfortable but need some renovation. The staff are wonderful and the buffet breakfast is excellent. It is in a great location, it is right on the beach and centrally located.

Great location, friendly staff. Authentic rooms. Unclean bathroom with mould. Pillows old and stained. Food at breakfast and restaurant average.. Would probably not go again.

ビーチ、大型商業施設、町のナイトマーケットなどから近く良いロケーションと思います。 フロントやホテルスタッフさん、レストランスタッフさんのご対応はとてもよかったです。 施設はシャワー、洗面台の排水に少し改善があったほうが良いかなと思いました。 ガソリン不足のタイミングのせいか、プール用のタオルがランドリーから届いていないといったケースがありましたが、部屋のバスタオルの使用でもOKとのことから特に不満はありませんでした。 近くの露天Cafeの人たちとも仲良くなりとても楽しかったです。 Terima kasih banyak. Sampai jumpa lagi semuanya.

The gardens were beautiful and well kept, the main pool was clean but the kids pool was yuck, bathrooms were really dirty with mould in the shower. Food for breakfast was basic and restaurant food was very average. I probably would t return die these reasons.

Great location, right on the beach walk, only a 5 min walk to the icon mall and right beside the turtle conservation centre where you can release a turtle back into the wild for a small donation. Breakfast was good, just enough to get you up and going for the day. Pool was large and a great place to spend the hot days, staff are always helpful. We stayed in a suite which was more than plenty of room for a couple, there’s a massage centre at the hotel which provided a great relaxing getaway from the hot days. We would stay here again if we were to stay in Sanur.

フレンドリーでスマイルが素敵な全てのスタッフ。シーツも清潔。庭にはリスが２匹いて、毎日出会えて癒されました。お部屋施設は古いですが、趣きのある落ち着いた感じです。ホテル貸出自転車は壊れていて使えませんがすぐ近くに貸し自転屋があります。朝ごはんはうーん。。ベーコンは頼めば無料で焼いて出してくれますが内容的には３泊以上の連泊にはつらいかも。コーヒーマシンが壊れていてエスプレッソいただきそびれました。エルダーシニアがお送り鳥の鳴き声以外の音はありませで静かにのんびり過ごすには良いです。また泊まりたいと思っています。静かな環境をお好みのミドル以上世代にはオススメだと思います

It is an old hotel and rather run down.It is a training hotel so breaky service can be hit and miss. The upside is it's fabulous location and helpful staff.

This is an excellent property right on the beach, rooms are slightly dated but they were fine. Breakfast is excellent, staff are awesome, location can't be contended.

The gardens in the resort was beautifully kept, staff were lovely and helpful. Pool was lovely athough kids pool needed a good clean. The rooms were spacious but very tired looking and in need or repair and decorating. Beds were very hard and pillows were lumpy. Bathroom was not nice at all. Enjoyed our stay here but would not return sadly. Like i say, staff and grounds were amazing

Just like to add to the many reviews already made for this 70, yes 70 year old property.it is well and truly past its use by date, very worn and , I believe,beyond repair. No hot running water..was fixed ( a little) after complaining,putrid sewer smells in bathroom, really slow drainage, mould,cracked tiles,bed really hard, and I mean HARD ,old grey linen and towels. Staff are doing their best to keep it going but obviously the owners are not spending a penny to oblige. Location is great with heaps of food choices but PLEASE book elsewhere for soooo much better value.( I know , we checked)

A good hotel located in the heart of Sanur with easy beach access and friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool being tucked off the main beach walk, most places had pools right on the walkway. The hotel was older but in decent condition - clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great offering western style food and local options depending on your appetite. Everyone was so helpful and it's the people that make the experience.

I always love staying here. The location is fantastic. Rooms are spacious and the staff really look after the guests. I highly recommend the cooking class - great experience and best value in Sanur.
