The only thing to impove is the spa service. Although the spa I had was nice however I felt that the price was too high compared to other places that offer a similar service."

"Usually stay at Padma in Legian and was not expecting a lot given how inexpensive the room was but WOW!! Lovely clean modern resort. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Pool and pool bar spectacular. very reasonably priced room service and in hotel spa treatments. Location was perfect in amongst it all and Sanur is beautiful. Thank you all lovely staff at Swiss-belhotel for making us so welcome 🙏 Will be back."
