"Dirty floors and we seen a roach climbing the wall in our room. There was trash and glass outside in the parking lot."

The room we stayed in was unclean and in disrepair... specifically, there was red sticky stuff on our sheets, there was urine on the carpet in the closet, the curtains were falling apart, the room phone didn't work, there was no alarm clock, no set of sheets and pillows for sleeper sofa, and the card never worked on the door... not name a few"
