"Both the outdoor pool and hot tub were not working. We specifically chose this hotel for the outdoor pool. They didn't even have lounge chairs outside to sit on. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which is fine but they only give you towels for 1 day. We needed to go to the front desk every day ..."
