"Right after check in I was immediately told the pool was out of service. "The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. "Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm.
We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE.
We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if...

"The whole reason I booked here was for the breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff for breakfast didn't show up, so by the time we were checking out to leave on our road trip, there was no breakfast. The room above us was stomping around until 1am and the door closes INCREDIBLY slow, making it a safety hazard. The beds were uncomfortable and both my daughter and I woke with headaches and back aches from it. It was clean, but that's about all."
