"Severly understaffed and overworked. The poor girl working the front desk was the only employee we saw doing anything, not sure if there is a manager or owner who needs to loosen up the purse strings a bit so they can hire and train properly. She was great, but had to unlock each person's door as the key card machine was down, personally deal with room issues, and had no housekeeping for a couple days. I'm all about cost savings, but not at the employees and customers expense.
