No staff present, no reception, just lock-boxes outside. E-mail sent late with arrival instructions. Had to call lodge number to find out how to get in. "Excellent value for money - superb restaurant on site and breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of parking but access very steep and can be tricky with uneven surface. Lighting went out in the shower (circuit/blown bulb) so had to use the torch on my iPhone"
