Pro: nice facility, you can get grapes and pomegranates off of the tries, facility has lots of potentials. Con: expensive ($230 / night), when we got to the breakfast buffet next morning the food was gone, the staff in the dining room blamed a large tourist group that came late night before for eating everything, they did not offer us any replacement, we ended up eating olives and some pieces of cheese , very poor experience considering the $230 per night price

Beautiful quiet property, good service and the pool area is amazing. What would take Dar Ba Sidi to the next level would be better upkeep of the grounds (mowing/weeding), and touch ups on some of the typical expectations of excellent accommodations such as working internal telephones (so you dont need to go to reception when you need anything), water bottles every day of your stay (not just on the first day), etc. We did enjoy our stay though :)

The hotel room was not clean. So much dust and the food at the buffet was cold with limited choices. There is no heat/ flame beneath the food. The coffee was cold. The pool was dirty. We had to stay one night while driving from Tangier to Fes and wanted to see Chefchaouen.

Amazing resort just outside Chefchaouen ...

If you are looking for a very Moroccan intimate feel with top notch food, service with breathtaking architecture and gardens this is your place. It is very reasonably priced. Breakfast, WiFi and parking are all included. The owner Najib is very helpful and kind and the staff is so attentive. When we walked in they greeted us with fresh squeezed juice and when we arrived in our room there was a plate of figs and fresh fruit. Their towels are beautiful and Everything is brand new and really clean. They have a really nice Resteraunt attached to the hotel so it is very convenient. Nice menu and they will accommodate for special requests. We had a great dinner there our first night with authentic Moroccan tagine. They also send out tours with you for shopping and roaming the town. Gorgeous pool and back seating area. Easy to find and 10 minute drive from downtown chefchaoun. Best place to stay for the price, amenities and location.

Ideaal verblijf om Chefchaouen te bezoeken

Uitzonderlijk vriendelijk personeel, mooi uitzicht op Chefchaouen, rustig, mooie kamer met goed bed. We hebben er ook lekker gegeten. Kortom een aanrader om van hieruit Chefchaouen te bezoeken. De uitbaatster regelt een taxi voor 75 Mad. Minder positief: de tuin mag opgefrist worden en de muziekinstallatie in jet restaurant is aan vernieuwing toe.

I cannot comment on the property since I actually did not stay at it but I will comment on how the reservation was handled. I made an honest mistake and neglected to changed the default dates. I had several pages open while planning our trip to Morocco in 2020 and missed changing the dates to our actual dates when I submitted our booking (at 6:14pm EST - which is 11:15pm in Morocco) for the Chefhaouen region at the Dar Ba Sidi Spa. I contacted Expedia immediately. The next day I received a request from Expedia suggesting I resubmit a new reservation for the hotels consideration in the claim. So I did. Now both payments were committed. This puts me in a being held ransom position and now at the mercy of two commitments for the same hotel and no ability to change our plans should such happen. I sent a message to the hotel and they advised "we confirm we did not charge the credit card for the reservation yesterday and we confirm that the refilling will be the day of your arrival". I waited a couple days and the charges were processed for both dates on my credit card. Given how this has been handled I will absorb the loss of the first mistake I made but rest assured, I cannot recommend this resort. Fortunately I had a cancellation option for the second submission I sent. As a result of how this all handled I cannot recommend this resort.

Tout est charmant. Accueil, chaleur humaine, un petit coin de paradis avec vue imprenable sur la montagne et la ville de Chefchaouen. Idéalement situé. Très grande et belle piscine. Au Spa la masseuse professionnelle redonnera jeunesse et bien-être à votre corps. Le chef du restaurant émerveillera les papilles les plus délicates. Là directrice et son personnel formé une belle famille.. Bravo ! Bungalow spacieux doté de grand lit très confortable.. Mon épouse, nos enfants et moi-même Avons passé un agréable séjour. Ce fût un peu dur d'en repartir.

No tiene Wifi en la habitación, la tele los canales son piratas y no se veían, teníamos que pedir cada día papel higiénico, el desayuno muy pobre, es una pena porque el hotel es bonito y él entorno también, el personal inexperto, la chica de recepción pasaba de nuestras quejas. Recomendamos revisen todo lo expuesto para poder mejorar.

まず立地が表記と違って遠く、市内のプチタクシーから郊外のグランタクシーに乗り換えないといけないのは、わからないし知らないし観光客目当てのボックリの良いターゲットとなり交渉が必要 外出はホテルにタクシーを頼まないと出られないし 帰りもホテルからタクシーを頼んでもらわないと市内のタクシーに乗っては帰れないから交通費が高くつく トイレが流れない 部屋が寒く冷暖房付いていても効いてない 写真のイメージと全く違う

It was clean, but the room cleaning service was very poor. On one occasion (we spent a total of four nights), they did not even get in the room, the garbage was not collected, the dirty towels still on the floor, and utensils on the table from the room service. The Hotel is about 9 miles/ 15 km from the City of Chefchaouen (in the middle of nowhere) and feels very isolated and lonely . The restaurant is overpriced, but you have no choice at night, as there is nothing nearby. The worse is that there is no WiFi in the bungalows, and you have to be outside, near the main building or inside the lobby where the reception is in order to use the internet. Both places are very cold at night. One positive thing about the hotel is the friendliness of the staff at the reception and at the restaurant. If I visit the area again, I will definitely stay at another hotel in the city itself.

Es un hotel nuevo que no esta terminado totalmente. Debes tener transporte para ir a chefchouan ya que queda a unos 15 minutos en carro.

Very nice

We arrived at night and the hostess was very accommodating. The upgrades us to a suite at no cost. Dinner on site was delicious and the free breakfast was great as well. Nice views of Chefchaounen. The room was very spacious. Two critiques - the bed had no bedskirt and there was no toilet paper in the room.

Rustig en net hotel. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Enige minpunt is dat de parkeerplaats erg klein is en als er een wat grotere auto staat je er nauwelijks uit komt. Verder 100% een aanrader en we komen zeker terug!

Riad bien située mais inachevé

Le riad est bien situé et spacieux. Le complexe est encore en travaux c'est ce que l'on constate à l'arrivée. De plus près, on remarque beaucoup de défauts par rapport aux travaux qui ont déjà été effectués ( mobiliers non fixes, clinge défectueuse, verrou hors service, siphon du lavabo mal fixé d'ou perte d'eau,....) Absence d'airco à la réception et au restaurant. Aucunes informations dans les chambres (cartes, numéro de réception, menu,....)
