"Property was excellent. I reserved it at only $117 for the night. When I checked out, I got an email receipt for $173. Seattle has ridiculous high taxes on everything, but $29.95 of this was a so-called guest amenities fee. What the hell is a guest amenities fee?? We did not get any amenities or do anything special or even call them for anything. This is a little ridiculous, especially since it's mentioned nowhere on the Expedia site. "As a person who travels on a tight budget l am aware of the risks of the low cost hotel. Travelodge usually is a safe bet. This hotel is VERY dirty, dust on hair dryer, candy wrapers under the beds, general grime and stinky... Sheets and towels were clean however. I was afaid of bed bugs because of other reviews but saw no sgins. The staff was really nice and took care of us and despite the filth I felt safe with my family. Location is great easy walking! "
