"The staff is an incredibly friendly & helpful - it was so nice to be welcomed by them when we arrived. The hotel is perfect for our needs, a comfortable bed, mini-fridge and the basics. The hot tub was a very pleasant experience after a long day of paddle boarding!"

"The property location was good for us. The pool was cold, but we did have fun in it.
The breakfast was very good.
We had a problem with the toilet getting clogged, and asked to get it fixed for 3 days in a row before someone actually fixed it.
The beds in room 313 were not comfortable, so we did not sleep well each night. This was the most important factor, as we like to get a good night's sleep.
The hot tub was not working while we were there. We could have used a hot shower near the pool as...

When we arrived, our room didn’t have a cable box, so the TV was unusable. We reported the issue immediately, but no one followed up or resolved it during our two-day stay. I eventually suggested that they borrow the cable box from the lobby TV. "This place is definitely not a Hotel, it’s a Motel. Very unique decor and vibes. I stayed here with my 2 kids and definitely wouldn’t stay again. It’s very “party” vibes. The pool has a DJ and they let locals come swim so it’s very packed with adults. They say it’s newly remodeled but it seems like they just slapped some paint in the rooms and called it good. There is a big homeless camp behind the building. The parking is awful, I had an SUV and the spaces and area was crammed I couldn’t park...
