This resort was beautiful. Not what I had expected, so much better. The rooms are spacious, good size balcony and would also be ideal for a long term stay, equipped with kitchenette and plenty of storage. The resort features a huge pool area with ample seating. The lake is clean, no beach sand, but that does not take away from enjoying a day at the lake. Restaurant on site is good, breakfast buffett is excellent to start your day. We travelled into Town often for dinner and to enjoy the little Town of Garda, so much to do, lots of walking. Don't hesitate to rent a car, driving is easy and parking is not expensive. 4 days was perfect, although I would consider coming back for longer. This resort is also very dog and kid friendly for anyone looking for a family destination. It was also great for us as a couple.

We had issues with our hob in our room making a beeping noise, this took a couple of days to get sorted but was eventually fixed and we were given a bottle of wine as an apology. The room was a little dated, the room doesn’t get cleaned and tidied while you stay there unless you pay, you also pay for sunloungers by the lake, we went to the beach in the town which was the same price but a better atmosphere and buzz. We had drinks in the restaurant area a couple of times, the roof top bar was either not open or closed for a private function which was disappointing. The resort is about 15 mins walk from the town which was ok for us as we like to get our steps in, not ideal for people who have limited mobility. All in all nothing really wrong with the resort but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again, I would pick a hotel in the town with good bar service and daily housekeeping.

We arrived on a wet stormy night, checked into our studio room and were very happy with the room - comfy bed, great amenities, lots of space. However when I got up to get a drink early in the morning,I slipped and fell due to the room being flooded! I went to reception to ask for a mop,instead we got given an upgrade to a lake front lodge.The lodge was lovely,if a little compact. Whilst at the supermarket the following day, reception called and asked me to come in. When I got there I was told we'd have to move from the lodge as it was already booked! So why offer/assign it to me in the first place? I explained this was their fault, their error, and that this was impacting my holiday.I was even accused of leaving a window open! This was offensive/untrue as I'm so nervous about being bitten I never leave windows open prefering to use a/c. They apologised for the accusation. After a lot of discussion we agreed to compromise with us staying in the lodge for 4 nights then moving rooms for the remaining 6 nights of my holiday. On the 5th day no one had called,so at 12.00 we went out to a beach 30 minutes away (on foot). At 13.30 reception called saying we had to be out of the room in 30 minutes! I explained that calling me so late was unreasonable, however I was told we had to move.Our last room was odd - a curtain dividing two rooms and a wardrobe in the kitchen area. But I didn't complain as I didn't want to waste any more of my holiday. We wouldn' t go to this resort again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great area that was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic and worth it. A bit out of the main town and about a 20-30 minute walk to cafes and shops but there is a shuttle to the train station/town for €5 per person. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

Accommodation was great for what we needed, views from accommodation very beautiful. Staff in Reception very good and helpful. One of the main men in the restaurant obviously didnt like non Italian guests and made us feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. Apart from that we had a great stay.

Very clean apartment, nice lake view, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen had all the necessities , AC worked perfectly , wifi was fast. I had the Terrae Suite and it was cleaned daily. Luca from reception was nice, polite , professional and respectful . There is parking on site. Also, a bus station right in front of the hotel. Taxi to the train station in Desenzano was 12 Euros. Be aware that this is 10 min walking distance from Desenzano . We loved walking to Desenzano every day, but others may find it inconvenient. We caught the bus from San Anelli ( Porto ) station to Sirmione, Peschiera and Verona. I hope to return one day, especially when is warmer, so I can enjoy the beach . Thank you for the hospitality !

We had a good stay at this property, but didn't feel like it was a great value. We had minor issues in our room (the AC would stop working some nights and the sink was wobbly). We felt a little nickeled and dimed that there was a kitchen but no sponge and dish soap. Online it said there was a free shuttle into town, but it was 8 euros round trip. The view from the property was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. We had good interactions with the staff and everyone was kind. Our room had plenty of space and we slept well.

Avoid this place – total scam. Nothing matches the photos or descriptions. Room: Paid for a balcony/sea-view in the main building but got dumped in an annex up a steep hill. Impossible with a pushchair, unsafe for kids, and noisy at night. Parking: Told not to use the top car park (even with toddlers) and forced to park in a muddy lot below. Cleaning: €30 per “clean” meant just changing sheets. Took 3 days to fix after complaints. Had to empty our own bins. Told that there are no fresh towels or toilet roll unless you pay for this clean. Services: No shuttle. It’s a 30-minute hike to Desenzano, not 15–20 mins. No room phone, staff don’t answer mobiles. In an emergency, you’d be stuck. WiFi: Cuts out at night, barely works in the day. Restaurant: Only pizza, stops serving at 8:30. They advertise lakeside dining that doesn’t exist.

We recently stayed at this property and were quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially given its 4-star rating. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that our suite was located uphill in a separate set of buildings far from the main area. The property seems to have two distinct sections, and we were placed in the last one — which was incredibly confusing to access, especially with luggage. When we politely asked to change rooms, the staff was unhelpful and borderline rude, telling us it was not possible without any real explanation. Unfortunately, this lack of hospitality continued throughout our stay. We also asked for help arranging transportation from the hotel to the city, and again, the staff was dismissive and not helpful at all. That said, I must give credit where it’s due: the natural beauty of the surroundings is truly breathtaking. The views and peacefulness of the area are exceptional. Also, the staff at the restaurant were very kind and welcoming — a much-needed contrast to the rest of the service. However, for a 4-star hotel, we expected more. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the two nights we stayed, and basic standards of service were simply not met. It’s a shame, because the location has great potential, but unfortunately, the management and service fell far short.

Schöne Anlage direkt am See. Die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet. Alles Wichtige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ist vorhanden und auch sehr gut gepflegt. Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Vierbeiner sind hier herzlich willkommen.

Leckeres Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, saubere Anlage sowie Zimmer, sehr Hundefreundlich (unser Hund durfte überall mit hin), Lage direkt am See toll, allerdings ist man zwingend auf ein Auto (Leihfahrräder auch vorhanden) angewiesen, wenn man nicht ewig in die Stadt laufen möchte. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung (konnte für 30€ extra gebucht werden oder 9€ für neue Handtücher) war bei uns nicht inklusive, was uns vorher nicht klar war. Insgesamt aber toller Aufenthalt!
