"Heating was good"

"Our room was on the first floor. Privacy was an issue because the drapes were translucent. A passerby could easily see in your room."

"Beautiful room, including a soaker tub... unfortunately, the water was lukewarm! Also, given what I had read about the Chef and the restaurant staff, I found the food (dinner and breakfast) quite mediocre. But the grounds and buildings were lovely, and I would probably return."

"Had a great stay at Claramount club! The hotel was really central to all Prince Edward County has to offer. The room was well decorated. The amenities were awesome - I loved that the gym had so many different equipment. The live music at the restaurant, the Foundry was also really enjoyable. "

"Beautiful property. The rooms are rustic. The pillows were terrible so if you can, bring your own. The stay included breakfast which was a great touch. "

"Great breakfast. No chairs on the balcony ( due to previous weather) however We requested 2 chairs and a very nice lady brought them upstairs for us she cleaned them as they were in storage. We were very appreciative. Also the TV was a little difficult to adjust and a member of the staff showed us how to adjust it. Very kindly. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. View excellent from The Rosebud suite. Friendly staff."

"The room was large and everything was nicely put together. We got a greag upgrade due to issues with our original room. The upgrade was fantastic and greatly appreciated. "

"The property was nice, a little noisy as close to 401, staff was unbelievably great as was breakfast. Never got a chance to try the pool or hot tub."

"Great place to stay! Loved the breakfast options - Our daughter was obsessed with making her own waffles, and the options were nutritious. The room was well equipped and when we needed a toothbrush and toothpaste, guest services came through. The pool and hot tub was awesome. Really liked the option of the common bar on the lobby space... This hotel has really stepped up their game in the last few years!!"
