"The info for the place indicated that there is no front desk. It also says that you'll get an email 24 hours before check in hours if arriving outside those hours. Otherwise, it says that a host will greet you. We got there at 1/2 hour before check in at 3pm. No one there then or after 3pm. No email either. I had to call to get the code.
