"This place said it was a resort, I had planned a getaway from Tucson and when I got there, my girl was not happy with what we got. I got in trouble thanks to these people, but we made the best of it. It is not a resort. it is nothing like the picture look. It is a motel AC. Don’t work plugs don’t work. Do not stay the night here if you can avoid this place, please do you will thank me in the future and if you’re taking a girl, she will also thank me."

"We stayed one night after flying into Phoenix. There are two similarly named Holiday Inn versus Holiday Inn Express within 2 blocks so make sure you check the address. We had to drive around to find the right one. Staff was friendly but our room was partially cleaned (bed and bathroom were cleaned but there were ironing boards left out, trash on the table and leftover food in the fridge). It was a little bit creepy so the staff offered to give us reward points in exchange (yet to recieve). Overall a good stay."

"Very nice accommodations for the price. The hotel was modern and clean, and the breakfast was an upgrade from the typical “breakfast included” hotels, also the fitness room was higher grade. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had also stayed at Element in Iowa City, it was very similar and I had a positive experience there as well. I’ll look to stay at Element hotels in the future. "

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is dated and some areas could use some maintenance. It’s my second stay and I would stay again. The room was quiet. "

"Enjoyed the outdoor pool area with tables, lounges, chairs, great pool, towels, and abundant plant life. The grounds are wonderful. The room was large and comfortable with good lighting, chairs, desks, and king bed. The bathroom was also large with a good water pressure and temperature. All in all, a most pleasant stay."

"Traveler beware. This is an airport hotel which I booked for 2 reasons. Airport shuttle and an onsite restaurant in the food desert around Phoenix airport. I waited 1 hour for the airport shuttle in 100 degree heat. You call and no one answers. Call again and if someone picks up you get confusing instructions and rudeness if you ask any questions. And then you wait. And wait. The onsite restaurant is basic bar food and ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Drinks the same. Stay away. Never again for me. "
