"Looks nice but rooms are not comfortable, linen is old and worn, mattress is subpar, high pitched constant sound from the AC unit, made the stay almost unbearable."

"Property was easy to get too. A lot of coffee shops, fast food, freeways and shopping close by. The desk lamp in the room had a short. We notified the front desk, they said they would send maintenance to our room but never did. Housekeeping only cleans the rooms every other day. I was only there two nights so I never got housekeeping. Sunday morning (check out ) day there was construction right outside my room that started at 6:30am. Needless to say we checked out and left earlier than planned."

"This hotel is pretty amazing. The room was very comfortable, A/C unit nice and quiet. The breakfast has many options. The Costa coffee brewing machine Le were awesome. They brewed medium roast coffee exceptionally, closing decaf and hot water. If there was a nitpick, it would be the WiFi. I’m sure it was fine, but IHG requires you to log in using an email address, which I will not disclose for privacy purposes. Why can’t they just stay with room number login?"

"Don’t even know where to start! Do NOT stay here!! This place is nothing like you see in the pictures. After check in and going up the broken hazardous stairs to our room, we were unpleasantly surprised with a dirty room. Crumbs on the counters, floors were so dirty and cigarette burn holes in the bedding!! The room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no hot water our entire stay! microwave & telephone didn’t work. They only gave us 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel for 2 people. Asked for extras but...

"We stayed here the night before an early morning flight. I chose this property for the airport shuttle that was helpful for the car rental return the night before and our flight out the next morning. It was a very convenient location."

"I really liked this Hyatt. It's in a great location. From the roof pool you can watch the planes go over the little mountain right next to the property and it is pretty cool. The staff was definitely helpful and the parking garage and its lay out was easy and I could see my srt from the hotel window. Will stay again."
