"Overall, stay was excellent. Good breakfast and clean rooms. Working air conditioner and generally friendly staff. The only downside, if a room is booked by a family (2 adults, 2 kids) why do you provide supplies (soap & shampoo) equivalent to one person? Kindly consider the number of occupants at booking and prepare supplies equivalent to them. Nevertheless, it was a good stay. The front staff and housekeeping were really top-notch."

"We needed to get back to the airport for a 8:00 am flight. The shuttle was full for any of the times that would work for us. The desk offered no help, we had to ask for any taxi information. The desk clerk acted like she didn't care one way or another."

"The handicapped lifts in the pool & hot tub were not working. The elevator near the lobby was barely moving. The volume controls on the remote did not work. Luckily, it was stuck at a good volume.
The room was nice & clean! We felt very safe.
Beautiful hotel! We've stayed here many times over the years!"

"Great hotel for being close to the Phoenix airport. Each to get to, and to leave. Outdoor pool was nice while we were there. Room is spacious. Easy to fit four people plus our luggage. The in-room A/C was VERY loud. Had to shut it down in the middle of the night. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful."

"The overall property and size of room was as expected and mostly enjoyed the stay. The room was clean The pool and hot tub were nice. Asked staff at front desk for extra sheet and blanket they never brought it or said we could pick up at front desk. The beds were too soft more like sunk in. The beds were king size but sunk-in the middle of the mattress."

"Friendly staff especially front desk. She explained all the amenities. Unfortunately, we were there for only one night. Didn't even stop for the breakfast in the morning, though the front desk offered to pack us up a breakfast. We were headed to airport, and would get breakfast there, so we declined.
