"This property lacks staff, which makes unexpected situations difficult to resolve. For example, it has a lovely rear garden for guests' use. However, access to it is through a door which is locked or unlocked as guests remember. I was locked outside, by an inattentive hotel staff member no less, who locked the door from the interior without checking to see if anyone was outside. I was trapped in the garden for 45 minutes until another guest happened to come downstairs, saw me, and unlocked...

"We were very happy with our stay here. We arrived a little early and the staff was happy to store our luggage until we could check in. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. They said they were very full, so we had an upgraded room. We loved the balcony and enjoyed going out and relaxing on it. It was an unexpected bonus! We had the breakfast and it was very good, although if I had 1 critique, the hot items could have been warmer. But we still enjoyed it. Everything was very clean...

"Best location, right on the water. Best view from the room. Stayed here for 1 night before catching the cruise on World Europa. Room was luxurious! Gorgeous. Nespresso machine in the room. Restaurants all around. We skipped the breakfast and instead got breakfast at the local bakery.
I would stay again, such a nice place!"
