"The Hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. I actually changed to this hotel after 2 nights in a different hotel and it was such a relief. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. The rooms were clean and quiet. But the friendliness of the staff was really the big seller. They were super helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again."

"Rooms were large, two full bathrooms, small kitchen area. No curtains to block light in bedrooms, wasnt until two days before leaving found windows had electrical outside shutters. Would have been good to be told that"

"We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was absolutely lovely, as pictured. The Newell is a very modern building, so guests should be aware of that design concept when booking - there’s a minimalist aspect to the esthetic that some may not fully appreciate. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! A wide variety of items to choose from and varied slightly each day. A couple a minor tweaks that would have put it over-the top for us would have been better streaming options on the TV (only Android users could connect) and the ability to adjust the hot tub temperature (only got warm so we used it once)."
