This hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed, I booked for 8 days and not even once my room floor was cleaned, the only change the towels and make the beds and that it, I had to take to my room a dustpan and brush to clean my own room, make times towels were take it and they forgot to put the clean once so you will have to go to the front desk to get them. All the public areas are clean by a very small robot hoover meaning if is rubbish around the corners no one is going to clean it.
The lady at the breakfast extremely rude!!! Black lady with short hair, she will talk to you with attitude and not respect whatsoever, she will be eating croissants in the kitchen while you’re waiting for food as sometimes it finish and it will take a while for them to bring more and the reason is because the staff will be eating in the kitchen. I don’t even know how this hotel is even open, literally the worse place you can stay and is a shame because Destin is a beautiful place to visit my all stay was ruined by the horrible experience we had in this hotel. I don’t have option to post pictures which is a shame because I will like to show others the real thing behind all those good reviews.
