I’m trying to reach customer service to file a complaint/ claim and discuss my family’s trip we just completed. I’ve tried everything possible to get through the automated system to get to a representative. Nothing works it’s an endless loop. Our property was in terrible condition. I have tons of pictures to support my claim. Ceiling was falling in, mold, grime and dirt on all doors, baseboard trim and all the door frames, rusty appliances, non working garbage disposal, mold in shower, completely clogged air filters, the walls, and trim were marred and beat up terribly throughout the room, mattress was from 1997 and hard as a rock and we couldn’t sleep on. Literally. The pull out mattress from the sofa was filthy and had mold/mildew all underneath the mattress. The list goes on and on. Again I have tons of pictures. We talked to Pelican Resort while there and were directed to Expedia since we booked through a 3rd party Agencey. They weren’t concerned in the least and didn’t even come up to view our complaints like we were lying. I need someone to contact me asap.
