When we arrived, we checked in at the front desk and the attendant was pleasant. There is carpet in the hallways that definitely needs to be cleaned. When we got to our room, it was as described but the toilet had not been cleaned. Luckily, we always bring wipes and Lysol and took care of it ourselves. We had a plumbing issue that we had to take care of ourselves. House keeping only comes every other day. However, we had to ask when they were coming. The woman who cleaned was sweet and efficient. One thing I noticed is that there is a lack of communal trash cans. This causes trash to build up in the room and people even put trash outside their doors. Having more available trash cans would be great.
The area surrounding the hotel is perfect. Lots to do, and even walkable to Publix which is great. We spent a lot of time running around. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. The continental breakfast is what it is. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for the price. I’ve stayed at better and stayed at worse. This is in the middle.
