Great hotel, out of the city but close enough by taxi. Staff excellent. Restaurant was fantastic!

Brilliant modern hotel next to the airport Food is okay nothing special.

Excellent hotel near the old town & everything within walking distance. Was here over new year. Disappointed that the bar was closed by 12.30 on New Year’s Eve. Breakfast was excellent but the plates were cold everything you would want for breakfast was there. Spa was excellent first day was so busy so we decided to go after breakfast about 9 am & in the evening about 8 was quiet. & more manageable a lot of kids in during the day. Will definitely go back here.

The Konventa Sēta Hotel is centrally located. 35mins from the airport using bus 22. We got off at the first stop after crossing the bridge (bibliotecka - library) and we used Google maps to check we were heading in the right direction and to locate the hotel. It was a short 10mins walk. The hotel is situated in the old part of the city, the beautifully cobble streets just adds to the overall attractiveness. Good location, near a little park with a nice cafe and not too far to walk from the centre. Excellent breakfast- great variety with different diets catered for. The hot smoked salmon was amazing.

The Grand Hotel is superbly located. As I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted and advised of the location of breakfast and also the times On arrival at my room I was immediately impressed by the amount of space I had and how richly furnished and decorated it was. The king sized bed was very comfortable and high standard furnishings were provided, along with effective air conditioning. Amazing hotel, located in the middle of everything and at the same time is quiet

Really high-spec hotel and room. All beautifully decorated and presented, including public areas. Young staff on reception were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Our twin apartment was small but top notch and very well equipped. It was handy to be able to get extra items such as pillows, toaster and iron from reception. On first impressions the area this side of the station where the hotel is located was not very nice. However, it was in fact safe and interesting, especially the markets....

2nd visit to the hotel. Very nice, large, well appointed room. Fantastic breakfast spread, didn't have time to use the spa facilities. Hotel is in a good position for the Old Town and restaurants, also airport bus stop very close. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel- they just get everything right, even dealing with problems. At one point we were miscommunicated breakfast time but the staff were so fantastic at dealing with the problem by ensuring that we were looked after that it not only wasn’t a problem - it was turned into a big positive. They take customer service very seriously. Excellent experience all round - other hotels could learn a lot. Great food. Lovely location. And very quiet l. All round well done !

Very good / central location . Would recommend stay if you visit Riga

Good housekeeping daily. Nice beds& shower. Mirrors! Old fashioned TV! Breakfast Lovely. Location, Lovely cool Domino shopping mall 7 min walk. Tram 2, stop outside hotel. 25 min into Centrals & buses. Lifts. Mini fridge. Enjoyable 3 nights nice stay would encourage people to book and all at a good price too. :)
