The staff couldn’t do enough to help us and were always smiling from the time we arrived and tears when we left. The diving and snorkelling and private beach was amazing. We had a day on a boat with coraya dive team which are with the hotel we’re great safe and knowledgable regarding the sea life my step daughter was a bit scared but they kept her reassured and looked after her as she swam with the turtles

Great holiday could not fault anything would recommend a stay you won't be disappointed. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great choice of food, local alcohol but branded sort drinks, private beach and lagoon great for snorkelling, main pool for activities and slide pool for kids and adults also a relax pool overlooking the sea.

I really love this hotel. It’s so beautiful in a very quiet area of Makadi Bay. My room was huge, and I had a lovely view of the pool. I asked for a quiet room and they gave that to me. I had a few issues but I spoke to Hager (customer relations) and the General Manager and all was resolved quickly and I stayed on two extra days. The food is varied and there is a lot of it. The hotel is very big yet beautiful. The rooms are spacious and we were pleased to find a hairdryer in the bathroom. Evening entertainment was great but also easily avoided if required. We also enjoyed the selection of pools and meals on offer! Would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a weeks break with another couple, it was our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The food was great and also the themed restaurants were excellent especially the Alexandria. Kareem who worked on the 24hour lobby bar was funny, very polite and looked after us.

Our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh was unforgettable, and this resort exceeded all expectations! Our room in the Luxor building (top level) was spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Mohammed, whose attention to detail and creative towel origami made our stay extra special. The resort had everything—beautiful pools, a fun aqua park, and a stunning beach. A highlight was learning archery with Piero, whose energy and enthusiasm made it so much fun....

As the title suggest it is just that. the staff work on a " yes can do basis". The management and staff acknowledges your presence with a nice and short greeting each time and everytime wherever you find yourself. The restaurant waiting staff are very discrete and offers top service without being prompted. The CEO extended his oiwn personal welcome at a cocktail party was most gracious.

The property was very clean and big. You can be sure to walk off all the food from the all inclusive. The staff are very welcoming. Special mention to reception staff Lewis and Leno Reis who were patient with our requirements and also made recommendation on must visit local places. We had a lovely warm welcome, were upgraded to a Junior Suite due to a few problems we encountered however Mr Sayed fixed this within a matter of moments. The staff are amazing, the restaurants are fabulous (we particularly enjoyed the Turkish and the Indian restaurant)... All the pool areas are just awesome. We absolutely loved it and would def go back in an instant. We took a walk around to the nearby hotel complexes and they were horrible, nothing like the well maintained Rixos....

Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel.

We stayed during Christmas 2012 with our adult children on half board basis (NB: there are few, if any, restaurants outside of the hotel complex).
