"Ce n’est pas un vrai 5*. Un 4* ok mais pas +. Les chambres standards et leurs couloirs sont restés figés dans les années 80-90. C’est vrm laid. Le resto et la réception est idem d’y il a 10 ans. L’établissement est très beau à l’extérieur. Trop de tapis. Le staff 10/10. La cuisine du resto 9/10. Les chambres dans les autres pavillons, ça dépends mais elles sont vrm mieux que les standards. *Stationnement payant 20$ par jour! "

"Bel hôtel et avons tres bien dormi. Très bien situé pour se promener à pied dans le vieux Québec. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Grand choix de restaurants et boutiques. "

"Not as advertised, you hear the noise from the dj and the pool until 11pm. They don't clean the rooms properly, the furniture is extremely worn out and the staff don't seem to care much about helping customers. Avoid going there if you want to relax."

"Hôtel avec un manque d’insonorisation important, autant pour la circulation dans les corridors, que les chambres environnantes et même l’extérieur. Nous entendions absolument tout ce qui se passait à toute heure de la nuit. Nous étions situés au premier étage près des escaliers et vu sur le stationnement. Très difficile de trouver le sommeil avec tout ce bruit."

"The hotel gets 5 stars for location, staff, and room quality. It gets only 1 star for the bathroom. Very little pressure in the shower and the sink has a spicket in the middle of the sink extending down so how do you wash your face without making a mess? Comfortable bed and lots of both English and French tv channels. Add it all up and I give it 3 stars. "
