"Checkin at 3am was seamless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel facilities were better than expected. The room was excellent. Lots of space, a great balcony, and a well equipped kitchen. There was a small supermarket at the rear of the building and another about 200m towards the Canal. The canal walk is clean and easy to follow and the beach was about 30-40 minutes along that. The whole of Dubai is a building site and it is a city for motorists so don't expect quiet at any time....

"Uitstekende sfeer. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Je krijgt elke dag water en thee. De roomservice was uitstekend. Geen lawaai en het ontbijt was divers en heerlijk. Een groot assortiment. Check in was erg vlot. Koffers werden zelf gebracht naar de kamers. Luxueus zwembad met een groot fitness ruimte. De hotel locatie was top je kan er gemakkelijk naar Deira en Bur Dubai. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Het was al het geld waard. "

Ok but need a lot of improvement

"I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but they said they will help, at the end they only can checked in around 2.00pm and same issue with the hot water and the noise"
