"The servuces at d hotel were beliw expectation. The breakfast is far beliw standard. The staff are not trustworthy as they initially denied any relationships with the booking agency I used, including the payment I made until I shiwed them the receipt. I paid for extra breakfast but that was denied me by the hotel staff. "They didn’t have my booking even though I booked online. Check in took forever as a result On checkout they didn’t have it still so I was held until they could reach Hotels.com by phone to confirm that I actually paid when I booked. Seriously? That’s not the Hotels.com I’m used to."
