"We stayed at Alyeska Resort for my husband’s birthday, and overall it was an amazing experience, especially the hydrotherapy spa. If you’re considering going, do it.
We booked a Signature King with a Mountain View and arrived before noon to check in. The front desk wasn’t able to check us in early and recommended we go ahead and enjoy the hydrotherapy circuit since we already had reservations for the day. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit und bieten sogar an, jemanden Nachts zu wecken um die Polarlichter zu sehen, wenn das gewünscht wird. "Everything was top notch service & the room was clean and well furnished. The thing that stood out was that after our stay we noticed that a pair of eye glasses were forgotten in a drawer. I call and spoke with Mary at the front desk. She then contacted housekeeping and made sure the glasses went to lost and found.So yes VERY VERY happy with the service!!!!! Thank You"
