"Yes, staff was wonderful, helpful, kind, and smily; the room was clean, with fresh linens daily and tidy, all graciously spoke english as appropriate and went out of their way to be helpful; the food and service were fabulous; amenities were very appropriate for our needs; and the cost very fair. "I had an amazing stay. The manager at the reception desk was so helpful when I arrived hours before check-in, first thing in the morning. I had a lovely room which was immaculate. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. I had a room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were really soft. The swimming pool opens in May. The wifi was great. I had breakfast in the morning and was given freshly cooked eggs made to order in record time. I...

"Was a great place to stay to see the old town. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing! Parking was down the ally and the hotel entrance was in the ally as well so was a little awkward with luggage but there was great staff to help! Would recommend it for checking out the sites of Tirana"
