"Traditional Spanish hotel full of character"

"Todo muy bien 👍"

"This hotel always have excellent staff in all their areas, specially in the Breakfast Restaurant! The less friendly staff is usually at the check-in but during the night shift. We are remodeling our house in Benalmadena and we always stay here as well as friend and family!"

"Nice lobby, pool was great to cool off after tons of exploring. The hotel is much more dated than photos indicate. The room smelled weird but AC mostly got rid of it at least enough to get used to it and sleep ok"

"An excellent stay. Location is very quite and yet very close to the main attractions of Seville. I could not fault this Hotel and would recommend it to everyone."

"Great location with a staff that couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and dinner a delight."

"Not an expected Sheraton hotel standard at all. The staff are helpful, the place is clean. However, it is very tiny, the lobby is very very small, the help desk area as well, same for the room and the bathroom. Usually, in four points sheraton I find everything I need, but this one no slippers, no sewing kits (even after I asked for) no other essential kits.

"A great hostel. Someone had taken a shower and left a mess and it wasn’t cleaned up but honestly for a few short nights the pod was ideal. Met a lot of great people here and staff was SO nice. Esp Esteban"

"The only problem was no toilet tissue in the bathroom. The soap , shampoo dispensers were very difficult to use."

"Well located in the heart of the old town. Close to parks, shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Clean room with air conditioning."
