"This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen in my life!! I booked this for my best friend and I to have somewhere to stay for a sold out concert and we could not even stay there. To start it all off, when we pulled in there was a crackhead trying to flag us down across the parking lot and there was a cop already speaking to someone on the other side of the parking lot. We should have known then.

"I booked a hotel room through the Expedia website and paid for one night. I checked in, but I didn't stay in the room for more than five minutes because it was disgusting. There was hair everywhere and trash piled up behind the beds, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in months. I immediately went to the front desk, handed the keys to the concierge, and left. I requested a cancellation and a refund, but he told me he couldn't process it because a third party was involved."
