"Wonderful “Prickly Pear” resort. Beautiful casitas with fireplace and balcony. The grounds were amazing to walk along the Nature Trails in the mornings and although I do not play golf…the greens were worth photographing. The staff and the golf carts were amazing….food at 2 of their restaurants were excellent. Pool was clean and great view with the boulders and waterfall. Our stay was exceptional!"

"We had to climb 4 flights of stairs to our room with no elevator option or porters. This was not described when booking!! We are older with health issues and would not have booked this location. "

"Little bit of a step back in time, but my family loved it. Food at Litchfields, room service and breakfast at wigwam bar was great. Will definitely go back. "

"Was greeted by a woman having a bad day, she couldn’t find my registration and said she had to enter it and only had an upstairs room available. I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...
